Ingredients:
1-1/2 cup garlic scapes, rough chopped
3 egg yolks
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 cups olive oil
Directions:
1. In a food processor, add chopped garlic scapes, egg yolks, salt, and lemon juice.
2. Process until smooth.
3. Slowly drizzle in oil, while processing, so oil emulsifies with the mixture.
4. Store in a sealed container in the fridge.
