Fruit Crisp

Ingredients:
4 ½ cups fruit (berries, diced apple or peach, etc)
4 tbsp white sugar
2 cups flour
2 cups uncooked oatmeal
1 ½ cups brown sugar
3 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 ½ cups butter

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Mix fruit and white sugar together in a bowl and let stand.

3. Combine dry ingredients in a second bowl. Cut in butter until mixture resembles crumbs.

4. Press half of the crumb mixture into a 13x9" pan. Spread fruit mixture over pressed layer. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over fruit.

5. Bake for 39-40 minutes, until too crumble is golden brown.
