Steam Boiled Eggs

Stove-Top Method:
1. Place a steamer insert into a pot and fill with water to just below the bottom of the steamer. Bring water to just below a boil.
2. Add eggs to steamer insert and steam for 15 minutes.
3. Immediately transfer eggs to a bowl of ice water until cool enough to handle.
4. Make a small crack on the large end of each egg and place eggs back into the ice water for about 20 minutes. Peel.

Instant Pot Method:
1. Place steamer rack in instant pot and add water to just below rack. Add eggs.
2. Seal pot and use steam function for 5 minutes.
3. Release pressure.
4. Once safe to open, transfer eggs to a bowl of ice water until cool enough to handle.
5. Make a small crack on the large end of each egg and place eggs back into the ice water for about 20 minutes. Peel.
